MONDAY

9:28 AM: 28' R. Morning run with Minna. R 5,5km.
17:00 PM: 85' R. Last hour with Jou. R 15,5km.

TUESDAY

7:59 AM: 15' R + 40' circuit. Morning training before examination (yes, I passed that
one!). R 3km.
16:02 PM: 66' cycling + 43' R. Cross-training in the darkness. R 8km.

WEDNESDAY

10:39 AM: 170' R/hiking + 10' cycling. Nice long training. R 26km.

THURSDAY

My back got jammed for some reason. Difficult to do anything!
17:00 PM: 50' jogging/R/hops. R 6km. Coaching in marathon-school.

FRIDAY

7:51 AM: 22' R + 8' circuit. R 4km.
12:18 PM: 15' R + 38' O + 17' R. Middle training in Padasjoki. R 12,5km
16:49 PM: 43' R. A socialdemocratic training. Aka useless training, got only
hurt in my legs. R 9km.

17:02 PM: 40' R. Evening run from the hotel in Vantaa. R 7,5km.

SUNDAY

15:54 PM: 91' R and hiking near Los Cristianos. Stiff legs but of course it was 
nice. R 14km.

14:21h, R 122,5km.
