THURSDAY

8:38 AM: 21' running. R 4km.
20:01 PM: 15' running + 52' orienteering + 6' running. R 13km. Extreme night-o in
the evening. The map had seen it's best days...especially the 3m high and
dense bushes in the "open" pit area made orienteering rather challenging. Still
it was fun s..t!

FRIDAY

8:26 AM: 17' running. R 3km.
17:03 PM: 42' running. R 6,5km. Finlandia Marathon School's last run.

SATURDAY

10:42 AM: 14' running + 120' orienteering + 2' running. R 27km. Regional Champs
in ultra long distance (O 20km, R 24km). 2nd place, some 3min behind Jani. I had heavy
legs after doing three faster trainings on this week but managed to complete
the training. Actually I didn't have so much problems with the endurance, my
legs just were not that co-operative today. JaMMu is moving sooo easily in the
forest at the moment!
