15:42 PM: 42' running. R 9,5km. This time I decided to run the warm-up a bit
faster. Felt very good. HRavg 156.

10:50 AM: 12' circuit + 38' running. R 7km. Participating in Tuoppi's
study. My speed hadn't improved during the 4-week running technique intervention.
But, I assume that it was very good training period for my running in general.
18:37 PM: 82' running. R 17km. Intervals in Hippos. A bit tired but
still a very good training. HRavg 155.

16:43 PM: 24' cycling + 60' floorball. R 6km. HRavg 160. TIRED.

10:16 AM: 40' running + 20' cycling. R 8km. Threshold-test in Hippos. Quite tired.
AerT was about 4.05min/km and AnaerT about 3.30min/km. But as said, this is the
situation when the body has been strained quite heavily. And these kind of test
results are maybe more important knowledge at the moment than to know what are
the thresholds when I'm completely recovered. HRavg 140.
17:02 PM: 105' running. R 15,5km. Very easy running at work (Likes
Marathon School's weekly exercise. HRavg 118.
