MONDAY

10:20 AM: 120' running + 10' cycling. R 23km. A long run + a whole body massage.
Feeling sick still, especially after the massage.

TUESDAY

12:20 PM:  60' running/hiking + 45' cycling. R 10km. Feeling even more sick. Now I have to rest.

WEDNESDAY

10:00 AM: 25' running + 15' cycling. R 5km. Very easy training.
Still a bit sick.

THURSDAY

Sick.

FRIDAY

10:25 AM: 15' circuit + 24' running. R 5km. Better feeling.
19:40 PM: 74' running. R 15km. Running in Tampere.

SATURDAY

8:56 AM: 20' running + 14' orienteering + 22' running. R 11km. A short sprint training
in Irjala, Tampere.
17:30 PM: 87' orienteering. R 12km. Night-O with Timbe. The terrain was Aittovuori,
map was printed without paths and there was 30cm snow. And it rained...

SUNDAY

9:03 AM: 19' running. R 4km. Morning run. Stiff muscles.
16:05 PM: 80' rinkball + 6' running + 62' cycling. R 1km. Had planned to play floorball
after rinkball session but with great wisdom cancelled it and cycled easily instead ;-).
