05/2008 Basic winter training

MONDAY

10:00 AM: 90' skiing + 15' running. R 3km. Skiing with Minna.
15:30 PM: 15' circuit + 25' cycling.

TUESDAY

10:22 AM: 20' cycling + 40' skiing + 15' running. R 3km.
16:54 PM: 22' cycling + 70' running + 10' circuit. R 13km. Terä's drop run was awful
again.

WEDNESDAY

10:34 AM: 70' skiing + 25' running. R 5km. Skiing with Minna in Tuomiojärvi,
1st cross-country skating in about 2 years, hehheh.
15:45 PM: 10' cycling + 45' running + 15' circuit + 40' running technique + 50' floorball. R 15km.
A loong mixed training. Completely exhausted after the floorball. Should I rest
now or later?

THURSDAY

10:20 AM: 55' cycling + 15' running. R 3km. Searching for Minna's stolen bike...
16:40 PM: 10' circuit + 10' running + 90' rinkball + 5' running. R 3km.

FRIDAY

10:20 AM: 85' running/hiking + 25' circuit. R 13km. A bit sore throat.

SATURDAY

10:25 AM: 105' running. R 19km. Easy long run. Watching Terä's test-run.
Sore throat.

SUNDAY

11:20 AM: 15' circuit + 45' cycling. Still sore throat.

TOTAL

17:12h, R 77km.
