MONDAY

10:02 AM: 15' running + 20' circuit + 15' running + 65' orienteering + 10' running. R 20km.
A long training including an o-training with contours only -map. HRavg 124.
16:31 PM: 85' cycling + 5' running. R 1km. Easy oxidation. HRavg 110.

10:21 AM: 20' running + 45' orienteering. R 12km. Taini's workshop -training.
Interesting and motivating exercise. HRavg 149.
15:24 PM: 30' cycling + 28' running. R 5km. HRavg 105 and 130.

WEDNESDAY

9:45 AM: 38' running + 20' orienteering + 42' running. R 17km. HRavg 125.
17:10 PM: 12' running + 18' circuit + 10' running tech. + 30' volleyball + 20' running. R 9km.

 Short and easy orienteering (MAP)

THURSDAY

10:43 AM: 25' running + 15' orienteering + 45' running. R 16km. Sprint in Vejer.
2nd fastest, 13s after Tero. Running from Vejer to Palomar. HRavg 179.
16:33 PM: 25' running + 22' orienteering + 35' running. R 15km. Middle distance,
a chase start. Missed the 1st control for 3½min with Tero and Jonne...Good tough
training though even it was mentally mainly appalling to run after the mistake.

FRIDAY

8:03 AM: 16' running. R 3km. Morning run with Mr. Taini. HRavg 121.
10:10 AM: 6' running + 109' orienteering + 5' running. R 23km. A 19,615km
o-course on aerobic threshold. Hard training! HRavg 164.
On the second map, we ran memory-o controls 1-3 and 10-12. And on the last map
controls 32-39 were orienteered without map reading (memorizing the map for 1-2min).
17:07 PM: 23' running + 15' circuit + 50' volleyball. R 6km.

SATURDAY

8:53 AM: 15' running. R 3km. A short morning run.
10:30 AM: 26' running + 20' circuit. R 5km.
Got sick after lunch and slept for 17h in a row!

SUNDAY

Sick, traveling back to home. We didn't catch the last bus so had to sleep in
hotel for one more night. These are always tiring surprises.

TOTAL

16:20h, R 135km. + 40 cycling. Total training in Spain (8½ days):
24:48h and 208km. Just the right amount.
