01/2008 Leg hurts and I travel to Spain

MONDAY

10:25 AM: 40' cycling. C 12km. Easy cycling in the morning, no pain in
the leg but I can't walk properly.
14:30 PM: 30' hiking. R 3km. Planning a training for tonight.

TUESDAY

14:00 PM: 60' cycling. C 20km.

WEDNESDAY

18:00 PM: 20' running. R 3km. Trying to run. Actually the pain is
smaller than in walking.

THURSDAY

Rest. Traveling to Spain.

FRIDAY

7:55 AM: 20' running. R 3,5km. 1st short training in Estepa
(Andalusia, Spain). HRavg 105.
10:02 AM: 22' running + 30' running technique + 15' running. R 8,5km. HRavg 119.
15:20 PM: 13' running + 83' orienteering + 15' running. R 15km. HRavg 127.

SATURDAY

8:03 AM: 15' running + 5' circuit. R 3km. HRavg 111.
10:37 AM: 6' running + 77' orienteering + 7' running. R 11km. HRavg 131.
15:08 PM: 22' running + 23' orienteering + 10' running. R 10km. HRavg in
orienteering 182. Made many small mistakes and lost about 1min to Topi and Mats.

SUNDAY

9:12 AM: 65' running + 25' hiking + 25' orienteering. R 17km. HRavg 115.
Traveling to Barbate.
16:57 PM: 25' orienteering + 5' running. R 5km. 1st training in Barbate,
and I twisted my ankle a bit. Now both legs aren't working 100%.
