15:00 PM: 25' circuit + 20' running. 4km.
21:29 PM: 16' running + 35' orienteering + 3' running. 9,5km. Terä's night-o
training in Vihtavuori.
Orienteering 35' (HR + SPLITS)
9:58 AM: 10' circuit + 52' running. 10km. Deep muscles workout + running with
15:48 PM: 15' running + 15' orienteering + 10' running. 7km. A "model event"
in Laajavuori. Two short sections at faster speed.
Orienteering/running 40' (HR)
7:41 AM: 17' running. 3km.
12:15 PM: 25' running + 101' orienteering + 12' running. 22,5km. Ankkurirastit in
Kokkila. Freezing weather but still quite fun to orienteer. Made some mistakes
at the start and in the end (2-3min totally). Speed wasn't at right level and
you can see it from the HR -file. 7th place.

8:08 AM: 20' running. 4km. Morning run in Turku + stretching beside Aurajoki.
13:47 PM: 27' running + 33' orienteering + 5' running. 12,5km. Huippuliiga I in Sauvo.
1st place and running FAST. Orienteering was near to collapse all the time but
didn't do more than 1min mistakes and it wasn't too much, this time.
