MONDAY

11:05 AM: 20' deep muscles + 28' running. 5,5km.
17:08 PM: 17' cycling + 23' running. 4km.

TUESDAY

17:41 PM: 61' running. 13,5km. My body is totally jammed. I need massage immediately.

9:06 AM: 61' running/hiking. 7km. Easy recovery training.
18:46 PM: 10' cycling + 47' running. 9km.

THURSDAY

9:02 AM: 20' deep muscles + 16' cycling + 60' aqua jogging. 1km.
Massage in the evening + traveling to Vääksy.

FRIDAY

10:09 AM: 40' running. 6km. Easy training in Vääksy. Running in forest mainly.
17:24 PM: 71' orienteering. 10km. 1st o-training in Gunnars (Inkoo). Very nice to
orienteer again.

SATURDAY

10:10 AM: 17' running + 27' orienteering + 12' running. 9,5km. O-intervals in Malm (Inkoo).
Mistakeless job again. The interval parts totally 3,2km, 20.39. The terrain wasn't
really fast one but very nice still. The weather turned into winter mode again. 
18:31 PM: 20' running + 33' night-o + 5' running. 10km. Wow, very good night-o Pasi!
