07/2007 Finnish Team's TC in Vierumäki

MONDAY

9:39 AM: 75' running. 13km. Ran the level-test in Vierumäki. Aerobic threshold
was estimated to be at 4.07min/km and anaerobic threshold at 3.24min/km speed. Those
are quite ok results, paying regard to the fact that I've been very tired and have
suffered from insomnia for four days. Some strange stress is teasing me.
15:31 PM: 3' running + 107' skiing + 3' running. 1km. Skiing 26km.
20:30 PM: 10' deep muscles + 5' "six-kamp I" 

TUESDAY

Couldn't sleep again! Had to skip the hill-training in Lahti. This is going to
be an EASY day.
14:40 PM: 5' deep muscles + 50' skiing + 5' running. 1km.
20:30 PM: 10' water-running + 5' "six-kamp II".

WEDNESDAY

10:04 AM: 71' running. 16,5km. 57' at approx. 4.15 min/km.
16:42 PM: 3' running + 61' skiing + 3' running. 1km.
20:15 PM: 50' games. 4km. Badminton, "sixkamp" and indoor-football.

THURSDAY

10:20 AM: 12' running + 30' deep muscles work-out + 5' running + 30' running techique + 5'
running. 6km.
16:07 PM: 78' running + 10' swimming. 16km. Indoor-intervals on track. 

FRIDAY

9:30 AM: 10' deep muscles work-out + 30' running + 22' orienteering + 9' running. 11,5km.
O-intervals in Vierumäki. Had a quite good day and made the fastest times on my
legs.
Travelling to Jyväskylä.

SATURDAY

10:00 AM: 35' cycling. Healing my sore legs.

SUNDAY

9:44 AM: 9' running + 225' skiing + 8' running. 3km. A loong skiing in Jyväskylä.
Very bad conditions and it made skiing very laborius...

TOTAL

16:19h, 73,5km. Skiing 90km. Very qood training week with two easy days.
