04/2007 Rest and trouble

MONDAY

13:40 PM: 9' cycling + 36' running + 4' cycling. 7,5km.

TUESDAY

17:40 PM: 60' jogging/hiking + 10' cycling. 8km. Easy day. Awful amount
of studying during monday-wednesday (12-14h/day...).

WEDNESDAY

17:12 PM: 14' running + 15' deep muscles work-out + 14' running. 5km.

THURSDAY

11:39 AM: 41' running + 36' running-tech + 15' strength. 10km. Did a session coached
by Jari Roponen who is coaching Minna at the moment in running tech, strength
and mental things.
Visiting doctor in the afternoon and got a cortisone injection to my knee, which
has been a bit sore from time to time. Now I have to rest from running for two
days at least.

FRIDAY

14:00 PM: 9' cycling + 36' running + 4' cycling. 7,5km. Cycling to Terä's
training-camp in Laukaa. Easy speed.

SATURDAY

Kept a lecture about training.

SUNDAY

11:40 AM: 60' snow-football. 5km.
13:32 PM: 60' cycling. Cycling to home.

TOTAL

7:45h, 35,5km.
