8:47 AM: 40' running. 6km. MART-test (10x150m) in Hippos. Speed was 4min/km-2.20min/km and
my muscles were so sore (after those speed-power trainings).
17:28 PM: 92' running. 17km. TERÄ's long run.

WEDNESDAY

17:32 PM: 25' running + 38' orienteering + 10' running. 12km.

THURSDAY

A bit sick feeling -> a rest day.

FRIDAY

17:39 PM: 67' running. 12km.

SATURDAY

7:58 AM: 35' cycling + 80' running. 15km.

SUNDAY

8:58 AM: 15' running + 20' cycling + 30' circuit. 3km.
16:45 PM: 77' running. 15km.
