MONDAY

16:00 PM: 50' football & etc. 5km.

TUESDAY

16:00 PM: 49' running. 9,5km. A bit sick feeling but felt nice to run without
problems with my hamstrings.

WEDNESDAY

8:13 AM: 24' running. 4,5km.
10:28 PM: 3' running + 48' orienteering + 5' running. 8,5km. First model event
for the World Cup final. Learned a lot compared to the my learning during the
last year.

THURSDAY

9:07 AM: 22' cycling. WHO-cycling test in school.
17:28 PM: 80' running. 15km. A basic long run in Laajavuori.

11:20 AM: 12' running. 2km.

SUNDAY

15:44 PM: 11' running + 40' orienteering. 6km.
