time in a long time. Muscles will hurt tomorrow and day after tomorrow especially.

8:45 AM: 15' circuit + 15' running. 3km. Trying to heal my sore muscles a bit.
14:41 PM: 35' hiking. 2km. Did the UKK-walking-test in school. Good recovery for the legs.
17:41 PM: 25' running + 41' orienteering + 27' running. 15,5km. Hard AV-training in
in Himos. Good surface to run and the km-speeds were very high. Orienteering was
mainly excellent.
