11:38 AM: 15' circuit.
18:29 PM: 21' cycling + 23' running + 23' cycling. 4km. Cycling to Jyskänvuori
and running there very easily.

WEDNESDAY

17:50 PM: 15' running + 29' o-intervals + 30' running. 13km. O-training in Laukaa,
O-intervals (1,26km, 2,475km, 960m, 1,04km) with Jake, Jammu and Jones.
Orienteering was perfect despite speed was "over-speed". Four intervals of total
length 5,735km took only 28.50, 5.02min/km. (the 2nd one 10.42 (4.16min/km).
