MONDAY

9:14 AM: 47' orienteering. 6,5km. Last o-training in Silkeborg, good orienteering!

TUESDAY

17:50 PM: 43' skiing + 5' running. 1km. Skiing with Minna.
 Skiing/running 48' (HR)

WEDNESDAY

9:02 AM: 196' skiing + 6' running. 1km. Long skiing west from Jyväskylä (40km).
17:05 PM: 22' circuit + 55' floorball. 7km.
 Skiing 202' (HR)
Floorball 55' (HR)

THURSDAY

10:30 AM: 39' running. 7,5km.
 Running 39' (HR)

FRIDAY

8:41 AM: 64' running. 13km. Warming-up + short & tough hill-run in Laajavuori.
The basic 1,2km (100m uphill) course took 6.03-5.33-5.07. Last one with full
effort. Felt a bit tired and muscles are jammed and sore but maybe this helped
:-). Now towards Vihanti, again to coach juniors for the weekend.
16:52 PM: 25' running + 30' running technique + 55' skiing. 8km. Mixed training
in Vihanti. Coaching boys and skiing from Vihanti to Lampinsaari.
 Hill-run 64' (HR)

SATURDAY

9:28 AM: 28' skiing + 52' running. 9km. Skiing to Alpuanharju and coaching
a test-run. Whole day in Alpuanharju (indoor o-training + some fun again).
16:52 PM: 30' skiing + 17' running + 28' skiing. 2km. Worst skiing weather I
have ever faced.

SUNDAY

9:13 AM: 140' running. 25km. Running in Vihanti. On small ski-tracks and paths.
Feeling was great and I didn't get tired at all. My heart rate was 42 1½min after
the training ended.
16:34 PM: 15' circuit + 30' skiing.

TOTAL

15:25h, 80km.
