10:14 AM: 25' running. 4,5km. Morning run in Haukanniemi, coaching Minna.

WEDNESDAY

15:21 PM: 70' running. 14km. Tried to run 5k but stomach allowed only 3k and then
I had to visit the toilet. Ran one kilometer after that with Jonne. Running felt
quite good, legs were bit lazy after yesterday's massage and the stomach was very
bad for 5min and also after I came home. Still, a good training.

THURSDAY

08:00 AM: 11' + 10' running. 4,5km. Morning run to school and back.
14:42 PM: 80' running. 19km. A long hill-run in Jyväskylä. Running was easy
and strong and I did 16,3km (uphill 420-430m) in 65 minutes (4.02min/km). Avg HR was only
only 166. Yesterday's 5k-try build up a good condition for today's training.

09:46 AM: 45' jogging. 6km. Hiking/running in Kortepohja.
18:18 PM: 14' running + 13' sprint-o. 5km.

SATURDAY

Rest.

SUNDAY

10:40 AM: 60' cycling + 30' running. 6km. Easy cycling (90') + easy running.
Wonderful weather!
17:40 PM: 90' rinkball. Warm-up + playing.
