I have developed little bit in running steady speed (HR avg 144, 4.23min/km).

11:09 AM: 120' exercise-cycling. "50km", huhhuh. Two hours cycling at home. Reading
at the same time.
17:29 PM: 27' running. 5km. Running on small paths. I wasn't fully recovered -> back
to home.
