48/2005 Jukola-TC in Salo
11:05 AM: 40' running. 8km.
19:15 PM: 40' circuit + 60' floorball. 7km.
16:20 PM: 40' running. 8km. Easy. Feeling sick still!
14:35 PM: 60' hand-floorball. 5km. At school.
11:00 AM: 32' running. 6km.
18:07 PM: 53' night-o. 7km. First training of our Jukola-TC.
One mistake on 2nd last control. Night-o felt quite easy!
10:34 AM: 71' orienteering. 10km. This training took place in Lakianummi,
which type should be close to next year's Jukola. In this training, I made
the best orienteering performance I have ever made in a training. Wow.
17:09 PM: 43' night-o. 6km. Lakianummi by night. Self-confidence
in night-o increased still and mainly it was as easy as on daytime. Only 20s
mistakes during saturday.
11:06 AM: 54' hiking-o. 4km.
