training with Jonne & Juke.

11:38 AM: 120' hiking + 18' running. 10km. Map-making 4h + running.

WEDNESDAY

13:30 PM: 217' cycling + 47' running/hiking. 7km. Hyyppäänvuori was worth
of 90km cycling.

18:43 PM: 76' running. 15km.

FRIDAY

13:46 PM: 18' circuit + 42' running. 8,5km.

SATURDAY

8:54 AM: 15' running. 3km. Morning run.
11:28 AM: 20' running + 45' orienteering. 12km. My 1st individual start in
Finland. Very occasionally it happens just before may turns to june. There's very
significant physiological idea in the heart rate file, if you can imagine!
