11:32 AM: 90' water running. Didn't hurt.
16:32 AM: 18' running. 4km. No pain in hamstrings & very easy running.

FRIDAY

7:23 AM: 25' running. 5km.
9:20 AM: 100' water running.

SATURDAY

9:29 AM: 45' hiking. 6km.

SUNDAY

120' hiking. 10km.
