TUESDAY

Rest + massage.

WEDNESDAY

14:27 PM: 48' running. 9,5km. Running on road in Jyväskylä. Feeling is
already better, and massage worked out well again.

THURSDAY

8:19 AM: 15' running. 3km.
11:11 AM: 18' running + 10' downhill-strength + 20' running. 8km.
16:35 PM: 60' floorball. 5km. Easy floorball (80').
 Morning run 15' (HR)

FRIDAY

19:13 PM: 34' running. 7km. Easy running in Lampinsaari.
 Running 34' (HR)

SATURDAY

11:11 AM: 96' running. 23km. Control training in Lampinsaari. First 10K
were very easy, then I started to jam down. Still, 56.45 on 15km (3.45min/km)
with HRavg 175 is a good job.

SUNDAY

9:58 AM: 84' running. 15km. Running on snowmobile tracks.
