mistake..sometimes it's like this in Spain.

SUNDAY

10:05 AM: 30' running + 34' orienteering + 7' running. 12,5km. One 5min
mistake. Maybe I should learn the tricks for these kind of terrains and maps?
19:18 PM: 35' running + 22' night-o + 18' running. 14km. Tired feeling, I
think I almost got sick due to this training. Made one 2min mistake and lost 15s
to Mikko.
