12:22 PM: 105' running. 21km. Doing o-puzzles Minna had prepared for
me (I looked at the map for 10-15s and then tried to explain all the most
important things between the controls to Minna).

18:21 PM: 19' running + 45' speed-strength + 20' running. 8km. Good
stuff.

16:23 PM: 10' running + 30' running technique + 5' cycling. 4km.

FRIDAY

13:04 PM: 69' running. 14km. Uphill running. This is it the right spirit!
When you look at the HR-curve, notice that the short intervals are harder than
the five first. HR-monitor is little bit late when running that short distances.
After the last hill I was REALLY tired (56,9s/300m with 30m of climbing).´
