03/2005 Adding some running?
18:10 PM: 110' rinkball + 34' cycling.
18:54 PM: 90' running. 18km. Yeah, things are looking better! Despite
yesterday's tough rinkball session, HR was on quite low level and recovering
after training was quick.
Running 90' (HR)
18:07 PM: 18' running + 30' strength + 19' running. 8km. Tired feeling (it's
difficult to be a real student) but physically everything seems to be allright.
18:30 PM: 100' rinkball.
