I was really tired already when starting the training.

THURSDAY

8:41 AM: 15' circuit + 14' running. 3km.
Travelling to Lampinsaari.
17:42 PM: 65' running. 13,2km. Last 50' on hard skiing track - very fast
and nice surface.

11:26 AM: 178' hiking/running. 15km. PURE Pain-O in Lampinsaari. Just
a perfect training.

Lecturing and shopping in Oulu.

7km). That's the spirit!
