10:45 AM: 5' running + 43' orienteering. 8km.
17:10 PM: 20' circuit + 10' running. 2km.
7:35 AM: 18' running. 3,5km.
9:55 AM: 15' running + 57' orienteering + 10' running + 30' football. 15km. Almost
awful. Wet marshes, green and not-that-exact map.
14:56 PM: 15' running + 40' orienteering + 10' running. 13km. Much more prettier
terrain. 5.15min/km was easily achieved.

+ 15' running. 19km.
2 x sprint (1h between starts) in Köping. Only one 10s mistake during 6,5km of
sprint-o. Easy courses. Couldn't get everything out from the "engine".
17:04 PM: 80' running. 16km. Running from Fagersta to Kärrgruvans kursgård + extra.

7:26 AM: 20' running. 4km.
10:00 AM: 10' running + 54' orienteering + 10' running. 11,5km. We had a tunnel-theme
in this training, check out the map. I was tired but could orienteer quite well,
only on 3rd control I hadn't enough self-confidence and tried to find the
control too early. I just should trust my head-compass.
16:14 PM: 48' football + 20' running. 8,5km.

10:09 AM: 11' running + 41' orienteering + 66' running. 22km. I suddenly wanted
to make one more faster training and especially technical training with faster
speed. I made a really good performance and it's nice to end the camp like this.
Legs feel very tired at the moment, after running 130km in five days and lots
of them in forest.
