11:11 AM: 25' running + 37' city-orienteering + 26' running with Kalle.16km.

WEDNESDAY

07:02 AM: 10' running before travelling to Spain.2km.
21:41 PM: 33' Night-O with Kokkis. Easy speed but FUN.

THURSDAY

8:33 AM: 20' running in Los Balcones (a suburb near Torrevieja).4km.
12:04 PM: 16' running + 55' orienteering (Sierra del Molino) + 9' running.13km.
20:08 PM: 21' running + 37' Night-Orienteering (Guardamar sur) + 4' running. One
really big mistake. Concentrating in orienteering was lost.13km.

FRIDAY

7:54 AM: 22' running + 5' circuit.4,5km.
10:53 AM: 35' running + 35' orienteering (Guardamar norte) + 15' running.15km.
HR was little bit over aerobic threshold. After the training we noticed that robbers
had broken into our cars, damn!
17:46 PM: 125' running in the evening with Peksi. Around Torrevieja's salt lake.

SATURDAY

08:23 AM: 10' running + 5' circuit.2km.
11:49 AM: 15' running + 76' orienteering (La Muela) + 2' running.14km.
19:28 PM: 15' running + 22' running-technique + 13' running.9km.
On saturday we travelled to Granada for three days. Cold and even snow in terrain.

SUNDAY

8:35 AM: 35' running.5km.
10:37 AM: 210' hiking & running. First we hiked up towards Mulhacen, up to 2000m
above sea level. And then I ran down, trying all the time find paths and roads with
reasonable angle.22km.
20:01 PM: 17' running + 13' Night-O  (La Zubia downhill) + 5' running.
I had ran the course earlier (during the first camp in Spain) but it
was still quite tough because of night, the generalization of the map
and speed. 6,5km.
