MONDAY

13:05 PM: 35' running before massage.
Massage (whole body).
18:46 PM: 127' rinkball, hard trying = spirit!

TUESDAY

10:52 PM: 10' warming-up + 60' intervals (30 x 200m) + 10' running.
Yeah, what a training! See the HR-file for speeds etc.
29' running in the evening.
 Intervals 60' (HR)

WEDNESDAY

15' running in the morning.
90' skiing + some running with Jomppa.

THURSDAY

96' rinkball in the evening.

FRIDAY

30' running.

SATURDAY

12' running before floorball-games + 2 x 45' floorball. We had only six
players so it was quite tough. I did 4+3 and played quite well all the time.

SUNDAY

31' running. Couldn't run more because of sore legs after yesterday's tough
games.
100' rinkball in the evening.

TOTAL

12:18h, 61km. Five tough trainings; three times rinkball, one interval-training and
two floorball-games. Next week, amount in Spain!
