20' running with Antti. Not feeling good at all.
78' night-o in Ilvesvuori. Feeling better already. Good orienteering!

Long to Ladun maja (HR)
25' running + 19' running (5,7km, see hr-file) + 20' running.
It felt okay, but why my time isn't that good (best time in this test 18.17 by
Tapio Perä)? Maybe yesterday's training wasn't good preparation, hehehe. Seriosly,
I have to be able to concentrate better on important trainings from now on!
