15' circuit + 33' running with Antti.

TUESDAY

20' running to the lecture.
8' cycling + 70' korfball + 7' cycling. Boring game that korfball...

WEDNESDAY

28' running, 5 x 1000m test (I ran it for measuring my thresholds) +
15' cycling.
Threshold -km-speeds will be close to the speeds below:
AerThr: 4.05min/km
AnAerThr: 3.30min/km

60' running checking up the courses of Kurkocup.

FRIDAY

25' running + 15' running technique + 5 x 200m (35-29s)/1min rest
5' running.
83' floorball, training for the tournament.

SATURDAY

110' floorball, 8 x 12' games & warm-ups. We won again and playing was
fantastic! See the results on KeparDI -pages,

SUNDAY

2 x 45' floorball, we lost for the first time...Yesterday we played too
well (+ had new line-ups for the game and all the players were confused). 2nd
game we won with ordinary tactics.
