MONDAY

15' warming-up + 30' running-technique + 9' something extra.

TUESDAY

25' warming-up skating + 61' ice-hockey. Got injured little bit.
A puck hit my gastrocnemius. Now I can't run for a while.

WEDNESDAY

25' circuit. Abdomen, back and chest (push-ups). Basic stuff.

THURSDAY

12' running + 49' night-orienteering + 14' running. This week's Kurkocup
course with Antti. Orienteering worked fine, damn puck prevented me from running
on tuesday. Fortunately it has recovered very well and I'm able to run already.

10' warming-up + 2 x 45' floorball-games. Fairly easy opponents (5+3 points)
