MONDAY

Rest. I was tired like anyone coming from Småland.

TUESDAY

76' skating (ringette & rinkball -trainings in school).
10' running + 45' night-o. Good orienteering, for a while...I REALLY
missed one control but finally did find it.

50' floorball, a hard game in Hankasalmi. 

THURSDAY

40' swimming.
60' running in Laajavuori with Antti.

15' warming-up + 45' maximum strength easily in school.
52' running with Heikki (city -tour).
 Running (HR)

SATURDAY

100' running in Jyväskylä. Tired man!
25' running in Tampere. Little bit easier (lower HR) but legs are made
of stone.
 Long run in JKL (HR)
