60' floorball. Tough for legs.

62' football. Exhausted...for two days I have been training quite
stupidly.

FRIDAY

42' night-o. Pretty difficult because of the flatness and lackness of
some stones on map or vice versa. Minna was better.

SATURDAY

Regional championships in Vihanti (in Alpuanharju, my home terrain). We were
hanging around in competition centre and made some running.
9' remembering-o + 30' runningWe watched map for some 20s and ran six
controls by memory. Warming-up after that.

5' running + 64' night-o. At 11 o'clock PM we started our night-training again. Weather was fine, +15 C. I ran the same course that men had in their race. You can see the whole course + analyses below! Night-O (HR)
