SATURDAY

95' orienteering (NOC-qual. long) 14th place. Almost 8min mistakes, disappointed
but physically it seems good towards NOC. I "only" have to learn how to find the
controls... + warming up, 47'
40' volleyball (1h20min total)

 NOC -qual. long (HR)

SUNDAY

42' orienteering, FinnSpring -relay. One mistake and slow running (because of
legs!). Better orienteering already! + 40' warm-ups
 FinnSpring -relay (HR)

14:17h, 106km. Good job!
