MONDAY

Travelling back.

TUESDAY

35’ rinkball as a warm-up + 4’ skating-orienteering (!) + rinkball,
totally 123’. Skating orienteering was really strange, you had to run
through snow also…But speed was far more higher than in stantard orienteering,
though it’s almost impossible to find places to do this sport…

28’ morning run with Jonne. Good speed!

THURSDAY

Rest. Walking for 2h.

FRIDAY

20' circuit + 11' running (4.30 min/km on paths) and by train to Tampere.
36' running. Pispala stairs (about 300) five times, two times with good speed.
Too cold weather to do more.

30' morning run
87' orienteering and running on small but hard paths with Heikki & Karri.
Really nice!
45' circuit in Varala. Quite hard!

SUNDAY

Tired. Still I decided to make SK Pohjantähti's strength test. Routine: 6x10m,
30 jumps over 80cm,6x10m,30 abs,6x10m, 30 backs,6x10m,30 push-ups,6x10m,30
up-and-downs,6x10m. Do this two times, my time was 10.23. 10' warming-up.
87' rinkball. Tired! I got sick in the evening...
