65' running (I lost my nerves and just ran. It didn't hurt much, this time...)
80' rinkball straight after running. Slow feeling in legs.
110' floorball (training game before tomorrow's league-games)
120' floorball. Two 4-div. games, two wins (10-0 and 6-2) Points: 2+6=8, good
playing!. Much hard trying and running, that's good!
114’ rinkball. This time hr-file is only from the game part. So there is no
warming up section now.
11:48h. This was an all-interval playing week...
