36' Cross-country skiing. Couldn't ski so -->
40' "Yleisliike". No stops, just doing and doing.
50' weight/circuit. The Strongest Man -competition on gym -clas. Hard!
151' rinkball. Whew! I was TIRED.
60' walking uphill
9:48h. Quite tired legs after so much rinkball. But now I'm developing in this,
and I believe that almost any kind of physical development is good!
