MONDAY

Running in the morning (without breakfast) 57min. 13km. Good.
In the evening: Football for 92min.
 Morning run

TUESDAY

Running to Hippos (12min) to play ultimate. Ultimate-training 1,5h
(60min efficient) and running to home (11min). About 12km totally.
Feels good.

WEDNESDAY

Warm-up 10min + 15 x 100m (15-17sec. each) with 2-4mins running-rest +
10min warming-up. Hehe.

THURSDAY

Rest day.

FRIDAY

Running to Hippos to play flag-ball and running back. Basically same as on
Tuesday. In the evening we were visiting Erkki Kohvakka, the only Finnish
European Champion. We got some good advice.

SATURDAY

Rest day.

SUNDAY

Cycling to Kanavuori with Minna. Cycling 83min and running/jogging 45min.
Nice views.

9:08h and 69km. So it seems good before EOC and WC-finals. But…oh, I must
keep on to my principles. So...
no buts.
